Bead Mecca is one of Oregon's premier bead shops with thousands of beads, charms and embellishments from around the world. Bead Mecca offers classes and repairs in addition to offering the latest trends in beads and jewelry. The staff at Bead Mecca has an extensive knowledge of beads and beading techniques. Bead Mecca is owned and operated by Pam Landell who started out 20 years ago as a jewelry designer in the Bay Area of California. After moving to Ashland in 1992 she opened the Bead Studio and in February of 2007 purchased the building that was formerly occupied by Country Livin' Antiques in Downtown Canyonville. Bead Mecca opened it's doors in June and while doing business in Canyonville is a different experience Pam looks forward to the challenge of developing a strong customer base by creating a destination shop as well as working with the Chamber of Commerce to make Canyonville a more desirable stopping point for travelers.
